Our products are prepared and shipped from Canada. The standard shipping time is generally 5-10 business days, though exact delivery times cannot be guaranteed. If you need your item by a specific date, we recommend upgrading shipping at checkout.

Depending on the circumstance, if a refund due to damage applies, refunds will be made for the full amount minus shipping, as original shipping fees are non-refundable.
